  3. Studio Management's Enforcement Measures:

    • The management team takes these rules seriously and employs measures such as camera reviews to enforce compliance.

  4. Non-Compliance Penalties:

    • Failure to comply with the established rules may result in penalties, including membership termination, fees, or denial of access.

   •    No Open-Toed Shoes
   •    No Swearing
   •    No Judgment
   •    Be Respectful
   •    Check Guests In At Front Desk
   •    Weights Must Be Re-Racked
   •    Wiped down equipment

   •    Keep Out of Staff-Only Areas
   •    No Muddy Shoes

 

 

Violation Consequences:

  • Our community guidelines are designed to ensure a respectful and positive gym experience for all members.

  • Consequences for violations are outlined to maintain adherence and uphold a positive community atmosphere.

 

Disclaimer:

  • 43 Fitness Studios reserves the right to terminate memberships in the case of guideline violations or disruptive behavior.

  • Members acknowledge and understand the importance of cooperation in creating a positive gym experience

 

Photo ID Policy:

​

  • Members are required to present a valid photo ID for security purposes.

  • Failure to comply may result in denied access.

  • Personal information collected is kept private, and the policy may be modified.

 

Additional Liability Disclaimers:

  • 43 Fitness Studios shall not be held liable for any actions taken by members in violation of studio policies, causing harm or disruption.

  • Members acknowledge and assume any inherent risks associated with the use of gym facilities, equipment, or participation in classes.

  • The studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property on the premises.

  • Members are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in physical activities at the studio.

  • Members are responsible for their well-being and safety during workouts.

  • Any accidents, injuries, or incidents must be reported promptly to studio staff.

 

Policy Updates:

  • 43 Fitness reserves the right to update policies; members must regularly review for changes.

  • Policy changes become effective immediately upon posting on the official website.

  • While efforts will be made to communicate significant changes, individual notifications are not guaranteed.

  • Members are responsible for staying informed about policy updates.

  • Ensure accurate contact information for official communications.

  • Contact customer service for any policy-related questions.

 

Payment Policy:

​

  • All members must have an active debit or credit card on file.

  • Your membership automatically renews, and you will be automatically billed every month on the same day you originally signed up until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

  • Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated card information.

  • Membership fees are automatically charged on the designated day each month.

  • All membership fees and retail purchases are final; no refunds or exchanges.

 

Cancellation Policy:

​

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted 10 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation requests must be made in-person at the facility; a $25 processing fee applies to all cancellations requests.

  • Failure to submit a timely cancellation request results in an additional billed month.

 

Decline Payment Policy:

​

  • If the card declines for the monthly membership fee, the membership will be automatically canceled, and a cancellation fee of $25, along with a processing fee of $15 for the card decline, will be applied.

  • Late fees and interest charges may apply after a specified 30-day period.

  • Unresolved payments may lead to debt assignment to a third-party collections agency.

  • Debtors are responsible for additional fees associated with the collections process.

  • Members are encouraged to communicate payment challenges promptly.

  • It is the account holder's responsibility to ensure up-to-date payment methods.

 

Guest Policy:

​

  • Members are asked not to bring guests without a day pass or guest pass.

 

24 Hour Access Door Policy:

​

  • Members must refrain from opening the door to non-members; violation incurs a $35 fee.
